1:00 to 2:00          FORUM ON CLRC's  PROPOSED LEGISLATIVE CHANGES TO DAVIS-STIRLING ACT - Participate i a roundtable-type discussion of the proposed amendments to the Common Interest Development (CID) sections of the Civil Code by the California Law Revision Commission.  Your understanding of the changes and specific input will be a valuable resource for CAI California.

2:00 to 3:00          HOW TO WORK WITH YOUR LEGISLATORS AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LAWMAKING PROCESS - This popular seminar is back again this year; and provides invaluable tips and tools for networking and developing a dialogue with your local Senator and Assemblyman. Learn how you can become a resource for state lawmakers. Speaker: Wendy Bucknum, CMCA, AMS, CACM; Governmental & Public Affairs Manager for Professional Community Management

3:00 to 4:00          STRATEGIES FOR IMPLEMENTING RECENTLY ENACTED LAWS- Attend this educational session to learn how your peers throughout the state are interpreting and executing recently enacted legislation. Elections, SB1511 and other recent laws will be discussed.
